BADA WELCOMES THREE NEW MEMBERS BADA, the British Audio Visual Dealers Association, is pleased to announce the addition of three new members, as the Association goes from strength to strength.
Joining as a full retail member, Exeter based Gulliford Hi-Fi had their application confirmed at the recent BADA board meeting. Owned by Mike Simmonds, Gulliford is a well-known name in the South East having originally opened in 1977. During the ‘90s Mike joined forces with Tony Revelle to form Audio Excellence Exeter, before eventually taking the opportunity to revert to a separate entity in 2005. Gulliford Hi-Fi fulfils all the necessary criteria to comply with the BADA Code of Practice and to be fully covered by the BADA Bond Scheme. The business will now feature in any BADA advertising and on the public facing dealer locator at www.bada.co.uk.
Two new Associate members also had their applications confirmed at the board meeting.
SIM2 and Marantz UK join the growing number of manufacturers and distributors who have aligned themselves with the most progressive UK hi-fi trade association. Joining at a time when BADA is about to roll out its new programme of retailer training courses, both companies have pledged their support to hosting the renowned Demcraft course and to the creation its new follow up, Visioncraft.
