The silver in the HiRez Solfonn is insulated with unbleached cotton. This offers an even lower dielectric absorption than Teflon!

Hi-Rez Solfonn The HiRez Solfonn is (at the moment at least) our top-of-the-range analogue interconnect. Available in all the same format types as the standard and silver solfonn, the HiRez Solfonn benefits over the silver solfonn in 2 ways.
Firstly the HiRez Solfonn uses a solid-core silver conductor similar to that used in the Silver Solfonn. But whereas the conductor in the Silver Solfonn is Teflon insulated, the silver in the HiRez Solfonn is insulated with unbleached cotton. This offers an even lower dielectric absorption than Teflon.
Secondly, the acoustic absorption used in the HiRez is more advanced. We have developed a much more comprehensive and complex absorption structure for the HiRez. Although the absorption module is the same size as that fitted to the other models (120mm x 60mm x 30mm), the advanced absorption lowers the acoustic noise floor in the cable (and the electronics its plugged into) even further. As with the other solfonns, the cable leads out of either end of this box through high-quality cable glands.
HiRez Solfonn is available in the following formats/types, with prices shown:
Phono HiRez Solfonn interconnects
Fitted with WBT next-gen silver RCA connectors, 1.0m pair, £1295.00 (inc VAT). For each additional 0.5m add £95.00.
Phono Silver Solfonn tone arm interconnects
Fitted with bayonet or other connector type as required at tone arm end and WBT next-gen silver RCA connectors at phono stage end. Also fitted with flying earth leads with 3.5mm gold-plated spades. 1.0m set, £1295.00 (inc VAT). For each additional 0.5m add £95.00.
Balanced HiRez Solfonn interconnects
Fitted with Neutric silver-plated XLR connectors, 1.0m pair, £1495.00 (inc VAT). For each additional 0.5m add £140.00.
DIN HiRez Solfonn interconnect
Fitted with silver-plated DIN connectors, 1.0m, £745.00 (inc VAT). For each additional 0.5m add £70.00.
Notes.
Phono and balanced leads come as a pair, each independent lead fitted with its own acoustic absorption module. Tone arm leads are also effectively a pair and only commoned into the bayonet connector at the tone arm end. The DIN lead is a single lead (3 conductors) fitted with one acoustic absorption module.
