JPS designs always build upon our previous designs, and the new 'Q' is proof of our never ending quest to be at the top of our art. Its tightly twisted concentric conductor topology allows our proprietary and latest Alumiloy wire to be very flexible but yet have the electrical properties near that of a solid wire, reducing wire strand interaction and allowing greater bandwidth and dynamic range from our already excellent audio optimized conductor. In making Q, we take our audio optimized Alumiloy wire, blanket each rope lay conductor in the highest quality materials all inside one of the finest shield topologies available (approx. -105 db noise rejection) with a cool violet outer jacket, and factory terminate, where the JPS name goes on, guaranteeing many years of musical enjoyment without the worry of becoming obsolete.
